After over a decade on Macklind Avenue, Bilingual International Assistant Services has pulled up stakes and moved about a mile down Manchester. The agency now inhabits the 7th floor of the historic Chouteau Building at the three-way intersection of Chouteau, Vandeventer, and Manchester at the eastern edge of The Grove neighborhood.  Aside from great sightlines, the building offers the agency more office space to house its growing project staff and meet directly with clients.  The new location does not have a suitable space for the senior center, but we are finalizing negotiations to move our international senior center to a new, larger location that can accommodate bigger groups.
