We Provide Services to Meet Your Needs

Our multilingual community access workers are trained to offer culturally specific and language appropriate services aimed at improving the quality of life for underserved communities in our area.

Making A Referral?

Care coordination, case management, and benefits assistance for area seniors

Medicare benefits counseling and fraud prevention

Health insurance referral by trained Affordable Care Act Navigators

Linkage to personal care, home care, and respite care for seniors and adults with disability

Social Services

Multilingual social services enhance our ability to assist vulnerable persons with culturally competent care and tangible benefits. With our vision of providing comprehensive and holistic health and mental health care, Monarch Immigrant Services is able to effect real-world change in the lives of underserved community members in the St. Louis area.

The agency utilizes multilingual, foreign-born, US-educated professionals (Community Access Workers) to deliver direct services to those in need.

Services include:

  • Case management
  • Care coordination
  • Benefits assistance
  • Medicare counseling
  • Linkage to insurance
  • Linkage to home-based care
  • other supports.

Social Services also oversees our St. Louis International Senior Center and our long-running citizenship program for older, foreign-born Missourians – Naturalization Services to Elderly Legal Immigrants and Elderly Refugees.
